It really was an eye-opening amazing experience.  I remember nearly every detail of it and it informs my love of the park and Disney’s mission there. Aladdin Musical to premiere in Seattle

Seattle’s 5th Avenue Theater has announced a partnership with Disney Theatrical to bring a full length Broadway musical version of the hit animated feature Aladdin to the stage. A post on the theaters facebook page indicates that this will include some of the songs from the Disneyland stage musical version, but is otherwise a new production

Fire Reported at Magic Kingdom Tiki Room

Local news is reporting a fire at the Magic Kingdom in the complex that houses the Tiki Room. The fire was in the attic of the building and was extinguished by sprinkler system.

Videopolis – DarkWing Duck Theme Song on Acoustic Guitar

I have fond memories of those terrific late 80s and early 90s Disney Afternoon animated television series. So I’m not surprised that there continues to be a lot of goodwill toward characters like DarkWing Duck. However, I still find it amazing that someone who probably wasn’t even born when DarkWing was on TV has come up with this great acoustic guitar cover of the show’s theme song
