Marvel teaming with Pixar to Publish Toy Story Comic Book

While Pixar’s John Lasseter may have declared that the studio won’t be making a Marvel super hero movie , the same can’t be said for Marvel making a Pixar comic book. Buzz Lightyear, Woody, and the rest of the gang will soon lead readers to infinity and beyond as Marvel and Disney Publishing debut a four issue Toy Story comic book. Disney Goes Big with John Carter IMAX Poster

I have to say that this poster for the IMAX 3D version of “John Carter” (of Mars) does a terrific job at building a case for 3D.

Walt Disney Remembered

There’s no doubt Walt Disney is an American Icon. What he was able to achieve in his 66 years on the planet shaped the American psyche in ways that we’re still just beginning to understand (see virtual reality for instance)

Orlando Museum hosts Themepark Concept Art Exhibit

Orlando is no longer thought of as solely the house of the mouse; since the boy wizard set up shop up International Drive, people have begun to take notice that Universal has a terrific staff of creative developers of its own. Modern Family: Season 3, Episode 10 – Express Christmas

There’s something about holiday episodes of Modern Family that just remind me why I love the series. Whether that be through new character combinations (I don’t think we’ve ever seen Mitch and Alex separate from anyone else) or great physical comedy (Phil getting tasered!) it was a great week for the Dunphy and Pritchett families. The family realized that they wouldn’t be together on Christmas due to conflicting plans, so Phil proposes “Express Christmas” four hours away, on December 16th no less
