This thought came to mind as we first stepped on board the beautiful Holland America Noordam in Fort Lauderdale for our 10 night Eastern Caribbean Cruise. It was a little confronting as we entered the lido deck to grab some lunch, as we waited for our cabin to become ready

CCL Destiny, Day 3 Cozumel

Carnival Destiny Day 3, Cozumel.  I wanted to do the ATV Beach Package.  I waited until yesterday to try to book it and it was sold out.  To book this excursion, I recommend you book the ATV Beach Tour online before the cruise because it is the most popular excursion. We Decided to pick choice number 2: the stingray experience.  We swam with the stingrays, held the stingrays and fed them.  Outside of the weather sucking, the excursion was awesome.  It was one of the least expensive, $61 per person, a great value.  We have lots of pics from the String Ray Adventure that we wil be uploading to Flickr next week when we get home.  After the stingrays, we hung out at Fat Tuesdays.  Cozumel is unique because Fat Tuesdays is located right at the pier and it it was full of passengers drinking Daiquri’s and dancing.  We could see the Carnival Destiny, so there were no worries about getting left behind.   Tonight is party like a rockstar in your bathrobes…Seriously!   We ate loads of free sushi when we got back to the ship.    I have been trying to post live at twitter: www.twitter.com/cruisesource ….unfortunately the roaming is killing me.  there are some photos there so check it out!  Happy sailing - Tucker!
