Pixie Hollow Games on Disney Channel

Saturday was the premiere of the newest entry into the Disney Fairies franchise, “Pixie Hollow Games”. This one is very different since Tinkerbell wasn’t the main character…actually, she probably only had 4 lines. Rosetta takes a starring role (This time being voiced by Megan Hilty, Broadway and soon to be TV Star) accompanied by new fairy Chloe (Voiced by Brenda Song, London Tipton of the two versions of Suite Life on the Disney Channel).

Designers Compete for O.P.I. Nailpolish on Disney Create

As part of the ongoing initiative to make “The Muppets” movie marketing the most fantastic campaign to ever exist, Disney.com/Create  offers their fans a chance to get creative. In the new “Miss Piggy Red Carpet Contest” , users have the chance to submit their designs for Piggy’s red carpet debut dress for the chance to win a set of mini Muppets O.P.I.

Disney’s Newsies To Have Limited Run on Broadway

Due to popular demand and critical acclaim, Disney Theatrical will bring Newsies, the breakout new American musical, to Broadway in New York City! Following its critically-hailed run at Paper Mill Playhouse earlier this fall, the show will play the Nederlander Theatre for a limited, 101-performance engagement. 101 is reportedly the magic number for the production to break even and with theater space at a premium in NYC, they may not be able to extend it much beyond that.
