I’m not going to pretend to know much about California or Florida consumer safety laws, especially when it comes to safe lead levels in paint and other materials.

Disneyland announces addition of Audio-Descriptive device in Outdoors area

As if on cue, Disneyland just announced the addition of audio-descriptive service for outdoor areas for those with visual disabilities. Earlier this week a class action lawsuit was certified against Disney parks for not accommodating those with visual disabilities. Monorail Pilot Family’s Lawsuit Against Disney Voluntarily Dismissed

The wrongful death lawsuit filed against the Walt Disney World resort over the death of a monorail pilot on July 5th 2009 has been voluntarily dismissed by the pilot’s family. The family was understandably upset that Disney’s procedures allowed for a WDW transportation manager to call signals from an off-site location instead of a spot where visible confirmation could be made.

Lawsuit against Disney for Donald Groping Case Allowed to Continue

A Federal Judge says that a woman who claims a Disney World cast member dressed as Donald Duck groped her can proceed with her lawsuit . I’m not a lawyer, but I fail to see how this case can be tried in Pennsylvania since the alleged assault occurred in Orlando. You don’t look for a dropped quarter across the street just because the light is better
