Videopolis: A Whole New World – ASL Duet

I was inspired to find this week’s videopolis after seeing Youtube user Ally Townsend profiled on ABC News as the person of the week. You see Ally makes covers of songs and uploads them to YouTube, which isn’t different than thousands of other Youtube artists, but Ally does it using American Sign Language (ASL). Alas, Ally hasn’t yet posted any videos with ASL covers of Disney songs

The Muppets Make Two Online Cooking Series

You know how excited I’ve been that Disney bought The Muppets. I know some were worried that The Muppets might change, becoming too cutesy, when under Disney’s control, but everything I’ve seen since the purchase leads me to believe that the essential spirit of The Muppets is still intact.

Okay, so this is a typical suburban family vacation, but we haven’t been to Orlando in 5 years.  When we went before, we stayed on International Drive, did the one park a day deal, stayed for 4 days, and saved money by primarily letting our kids eat while my husband and I starved ourselves!  Yes, you know you’ve done it too
